Ovation Theatre is proud to present this stream of the innovative, live production of All Shook Up, putting Ovation at the forefront of all theatre companies nationwide as we look to re-invent the performing arts. By rethinking live theatre, Ovation Theatre has created a theatrical experience that focuses on new skills and presents an important life experience for Ovation’s actors, teaching them how to dig deeper and do more with less.

The production is filmed at outdoor grounds that feature historic buildings, a circular stage, and land which we converted into an outdoor roving theatre – transforming the space into the little town in middle America where the musical takes place.

All Shook Up is a new musical comedy built around a number of songs made famous by Elvis Presley. It’s 1955, and into a square little town in a square ,little state rides a guitar-playing young man who changes everything and everyone he meets. Loosely based on Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night, this hip-swiveling, lip-curling musical fantasy will have you jumpin’ out of your blue suede shoes with such classics as “Heartbreak Hotel,” “Hound Dog,” “Jailhouse Rock,” and “Don’t Be Cruel.”
